borders the Intracoastal Waterway along the Stono River just 20 miles south of the Charleston Battery. It is about 15 minutes from the Citadel Mall and the new St. Francis Xavier Hospital.

The Plantation consists of three phases. The Estate Phase 1 consists of 130 lovely 1 acre (+-) homesites along the Intercoastal River and marshlands and around the beautiful polo field and amenity area in the center of the development. Lots in this section range from $40,000 for an interior acre lot to over $250,000 for a homesite on the waterway.

Phase II has lovely marsh and pasture lots in and around the Equestrian Center. Many of these lots overlook grazing horses or lovely Log Bridge Creek. A few of these lots have tidal creek water access. The lots range from $35,000 to over $100,000 for creek access and there are still a nice variety for sale.

Phase III is 135 smaller homesites situated around the beautiful "Links at Stono Ferry" golf course. This is an exceptional "public" championship golf course. There are still some wonderful golf lots available ranging from $35,000 to over $200,000 overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.

There are currently over 90 homes built in the Plantation with many in the "getting ready to build" stage. The homes range from just under $200,000 to over $1,000,000.
